DEPOSITS

We require a 25% deposit of the safari fee in order for us to accept you. Another 25% is due 100 days before departure.  Balance is due 30 days before departure.

PAYMENTS

We accept bank transfers and paypal

Your invoice will have the bank transfer information.

With paypal you can use VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, JCB, Solo,  your ATM card, or your bank account. If you choose www.paypal.com we will send you a request for payment to your email through their system, then you follow the promps to make payment. If you choose paypal we add 7% to the invoice to cover their fees.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you look at other safari companies you will find that we have one of the most relaxed policies in the business.

If you must change dates or cancel the safari right up to 10 days before your safari date of arrival in Entebbe or Juba, we will credit you the full amount toward another date, with no penalty. An exception to this is the Gorilla fee of €385 per person, this you will lose. If you change or cancel within the 10 days before the safari begins we will deduct a 15% fee for costs to cover our preparations for your arrival. The balance of 85% is credited toward another date. An exception to this would be any fees charter aircraft companies or hotels require, depending when the cancellation takes place.

Refunds are not made for illness, death, family emergency, political upheavels, flight delays or cancellations,chartered aircfraft mechcanical problems, aircraft fuel unavailable problems, visa problems, tribal conflicts, lost luggage, force majeure, weather, failure to pay safari balances on time. Only credits are made toward a future safari.

Bahr El Jebel Safaris SA de CV has the right to change vehicle routes, hotels, aircraft as the situation requires.

All changes and cancellations must be be emailed to bahreljebel@yahoo.com . We do not accept letters or phone calls to cancel or change a date.

FUEL OR CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

In the event of a marked increases or decreases in foreign exchange rates or fuel rates, prices are subject to increases or decrease.
